  • Implement lifestyle and behavior changes that will lead to your health and wellness goals.

  • Work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight

  • Understand and reduce your cravings

  • Increase your energy levels

  • Reduce stress

  • Control digestive issues

  • Improve your personal relationships

  • Engage in self-reflection and improve confidence

Your 6-month program includes:

  • Two 40-minute coaching sessions per month: These can take place over the phone or on video chat via Zoom.

  • Informative handouts, recipes, books, and other giveaways

  • Private support via messaging in my private portal between sessions

  • Access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes

  • My personal commitment to your health and success
