Find Your Balance: Healthy Eating for a Healthy Lifestyle

Are you feeling sluggish, run-down and stressed out?  Would you like to improve how you look and feel by getting rid of your sugar cravings and losing weight? 

Have you already made positive changes to your diet and lifestyle and need extra support to stay on track for the long-term?  

Would you like to be a part of a group of like-minded health conscious individuals who will surround you with the inspiration, encouragement and accountability that you need to achieve your goals? 

In this unique four-month program, you will learn the connection between the food you eat and cravings, stress, digestion, weight loss, autoimmune conditions, and overall well-being.  Incorporate new healthy foods into your diet and create new habits that will last a lifetime.  

Sessions will be held on phone or video conference calls, so you can participate from the comfort of your own home.  Eight 75-minute sessions, held approximately every other week, will cover topics including:

  • Goal Setting
  • Healthy Recipes and Cooking Techniques
  • Causes of Cravings
  • Food & Mood
  • Mindful Eating
  • Gratitude and Relationships
  • Exercise
  • Digestion
  • Food on the Go
  • Positive Thinking
  • ... And so much more. 

Our group will meet twice per month beginning on Thursday, June 30th at 7:30pm. You will receive a full set of notes along with informative handouts and recipes following each session.  You will also be invited to our secret Facebook group where you can find daily inspiration and support and connect with others in the group.  Finally, we will schedule a supermarket trip together (live or via video cam), to learn how to navigate through the overwhelming assortment of products and food labels that surround us in the supermarket today. 

The four-month program includes eight 75-minute coaching calls, Facebook Group, a Supermarket Tour and, most importantly, my personal commitment to your success.  The cost to register is $395 for the entire program.  To begin the registration process, please email me at julie@healthyonhudson.com and I will answer all of your questions. My goal is for you to know exactly what to expect from the group, to be sure that it's the right fit for you.  In order to ensure that you receive my personal attention during the four months, enrollment is limited to 9 participants.    

Coaching sessions are Thursday evenings at 7:30pm: 6/30, 7/14, 7/28, 8/11, 9/1, 9/15, 9/29 and 10/13.
