I got to bring home some leftovers from the #Ayurvedic Vegetarian cooking class I attended last night with @holistichealthinista! I am not a vegetarian but learning techniques for cooking vegetables, soup and raw cheese was a educational and delicious experience. This was a digestive mung dal soup made with spices to enhance digestion. Mung beans are not paleo but they are the most easily digestible bean and I have been testing them out to see if they work for me. It was served with green cabbage and kale made with black seeds and spices, topped with homemade cheese (paneer).
